Daniel Arias-Zuluaga, Founder of Summa
With over a decade of experience managing high-end private residences and estates across New York, Florida, and abroad, I’ve had the privilege of supporting some of the world’s most prominent individuals. My career began in private hospitality, where I served as a personal assistant and later advanced into property and estate management roles. These experiences taught me the importance of discretion, attention to detail, and maintaining order in environments where standards are exceptionally high.
Throughout the years, I oversaw multi-property portfolios, facilitated complex renovations, coordinated vendor teams, and helped maintain seamless household operations. But one recurring challenge stood out: the lack of comprehensive, up-to-date inventories. I witnessed firsthand how not having this essential documentation led to disorganization, unnecessary stress, and—in one case—a prolonged and painful insurance process following a major household loss.
Recognizing this gap, I created Summa to bring clarity, structure, and peace of mind to homeowners, estate managers, and families. Summa’s inventory service draws from my years of hands-on experience and is designed with the same level of professionalism, care, and confidentiality I offered in every household I’ve supported.
