    • Your total cost, including any add-ons like rush service, transportation, or extra data entry

    Once you're happy with the quote and ready to move forward, we’ll lock in your appointment.

  • Before your scheduled appointment, we’ll send a simple checklist so you know what to expect. This includes:

    • Ensuring we have access to all spaces

    • Letting us know about any high-value items or sensitive areas

    • Informing household staff, if needed

  • On the scheduled day, our team arrives on time and walks the space with you (or your designated contact).
    We go room by room, carefully documenting:

    • Each item with high-resolution photos

    • Details like brand, model, serial number, materials, and condition

    • Special notes for valuables or collections

    We’re discreet, efficient, and always respectful of your space and privacy.

  • After the visit, we carefully process and organize your inventory into a clear, searchable format. This includes:

    • A categorized spreadsheet of all items

    • Room-by-room photo folders

    • Optional printed or USB catalog (depending on your package)

  • Your finalized inventory is delivered digitally through a secure folder. If your service includes physical materials, we’ll coordinate delivery or pickup.
    This inventory is designed to support:

    • Home organization and asset tracking

    We also offer a quick walkthrough (in-person or virtual) so you know how to navigate everything with ease.
